Legal and other services
We provide comprehensive legal services in the Czech Republic in accordance with the Act on Advocacy and the professional regulations of the Czech Bar Association.
We represent our clients in proceedings before authorities and courts, draft legal analyses and documents for them, and provide legal advice and defense in criminal matters.
In addition to legal services, we perform authorized conversion of documents from paper to electronic form, as well as from electronic to paper form, and verify the authenticity of signatures in accordance with special regulations.
Legal services
Immigration Law
Immigration law is our core specialization. We provide our clients with advice and representation before Czech authorities, in particular the Asylum and Migration Policy Department of the Ministry of the Interior, the Czech Police, and Czech diplomatic missions abroad. If necessary, we represent our clients in court proceedings in the context of judicial review of decisions by authorities and interference with their rights. We can arrange any residence status within the framework of temporary residence (e.g., short-term Schengen visa, long-term visa, long-term residence permit, employee or blue card, temporary residence permit for family members of EU citizens) and permanent residence (e.g., permanent residence permit for minor children, permanent residence permit after 5 years of continuous residence, and permanent residence permit for family members of EU citizens).
If necessary, we also represent our clients in other residence matters, e.g. in proceedings concerning administrative expulsion, the imposition of an obligation to leave the territory, or the revocation of a long-term or permanent residence permit. If you need help fulfilling your obligations under the Foreigners Act or applying for Czech citizenship, or if you want to obtain citizenship by declaration, we are at your disposal.
Employment of foreigners
We help both employers and future or current employees from abroad in the labor market. Employee card, blue card, long-term visa for seasonal employment, or intra-company transfer card – we can advise our clients on the advantages and disadvantages of these residence permits and represent future or current employees. We advise employers on their obligations towards the Czech Labor Office or the Ministry of the Interior when employing foreigners, and how to effectively defend themselves in the event of checks by the police or labor inspectorate. We can provide reliable advice on when and under what conditions a foreigner can change jobs, what they need to do so, and how to proceed.
Did you know that full-time students at Czech universities can work without restrictions? Nevertheless, it is necessary to ensure that the reporting obligation to the Labor Office is properly fulfilled. Failure to comply with obligations to the Labor Office may result in heavy fines.
Asylum law
We advise our clients on how to apply for international protection and also represent them in proceedings before the Ministry of the Interior (Asylum and Migration Policy Department) or administrative courts. Asylum, subsidiary protection, or recognition of statelessness—each of these institutions has its own peculiarities, which we can explain to our clients. We also assist, for example, in proceedings concerning applications for the extension of subsidiary protection, the revocation of asylum, or in cases of detention.
General practice
In addition to immigration and asylum matters, we also provide legal services in other areas of law, such as tax, misdemeanor, and criminal law. If you need to set up a business, establish a trade, get help with divorce or paternity determination, debt collection, or contracts, you’ve come to the right place. We do not pretend to be experts in everything. If you need help with more complex matters in other areas of law, we will be happy to recommend our colleagues who are experts in their fields, just as we are experts in immigration and asylum law and the employment of foreigners.

Hourly rate
The lawyer’s contractual fee depends on the time spent providing legal services.
CZK 2,900/60 min
The price depends on the complexity of the case. Under special circumstances, a different fee rate may be agreed, e.g., a discount may be agreed for the simultaneous provision of a larger number of similar services; conversely, a surcharge may apply for urgent legal assistance at night and on weekends.
Service package
In standardized cases, a flat fee can be agreed upon for a specific task, set of tasks, or for a specific part of the proceedings, etc. The fee is then fixed regardless of the time spent.
You know where you stand
You have a guaranteed cost limit for the provision of legal services. The fee for services can be determined by an amount or a percentage.
We are not a VAT payer
The price is final
The fee for legal services does not include other costs incurred by the client, such as court and administrative fees, official translation and certification of copies of documents, interpreting, postage, and reimbursement of the attorney’s travel expenses in accordance with the law.
Other services under the Act on Advocacy
Authorized document conversion
Upon prior request, we perform authorized conversion of documents from paper to electronic form or vice versa. Such documents have the same validity.
Signature verification
For documents where the law requires signature verification, we can verify the authenticity of the signature upon prior request.
CZK 30
Upon prior request, for 1 verified signature or 1 page of authorized conversion according to the attorney’s tariff. Outside the office or outside normal working hours, the amount of remuneration is determined by agreement.
